Today, the editor will share with you the relevant information I will review, I hope it will inspire and help you. What are the handling requirements for prepainted plates?

1. The screed layer must have sufficient bearing capacity, and there can be no cracks, empty drums and sanding. The strength of the base cement must be greater than 10Mpa.

2. The foundation floor should be clean, free of grease, paint, glue, cement blocks, etc.

3. The baseboard is constructed after the floor installation is completed, and attention should be paid to protecting the installed PVC membrane floor during construction.

4. Where the membrane floor is connected with other grounds, other floors must be installed first and treated with edges to ensure smooth connection.

5. Concrete floor Before paving the floor, it must be leveled with mortar C10 15-20 days in advance, and the leveling height is 5mm lower than the ground design height. The leveled surface is glossy.

6. The flatness requirement of the prepainted plate for the leveling of the foundation ground is less than 2 mm per 2 meters.

7. The concrete and screed layer must be fully dried before the membrane floor can be installed, which generally takes 15-20 days before construction. The moisture content of the entire ground does not exceed 5%.
